Casper is moving… to Casper Land!

May 22nd, 2009 | Posted in Blogroll

Starting June 1st I will be setting up shop at the new Casper Land workshop/venue located right in the middle of downtown Troy NY at 469 Fulton St.
Casper Land is a multi purpose, creative technology themed workshop, classroom, gallery and show space.

We are planning an official opening June 26th to coincide with Troy Night Out.

I’m eager to meet tech inclined artists and musicians in Troy. I love brainstorming with other artists/inventors/musicians/ interesting people so if you fit that description and you live in Troy, drop me a line.

Drone Lab improved schematic

May 10th, 2009 | Posted in Blogroll

A much improved Drone Lab schematic was sent in by Giancarlo Sica. I also found a few mistakes in my original drawing which have been addressed in Giancarlo’s drawing.

A non-segmented schematic is in the works and so is a PCB!

Bent fest & 3rd ward documentation

April 22nd, 2009 | Posted in Blogroll

The Bent fest was tons of fun. Here’s a photo and sound sample from my performance.

Here’s a video from Hand Made Music night at 3rd ward taken from the Make magazine blog.

Text taken from Make blog:
Yup, last week’s Handmade Music party was entirely off the hook and awesome. Full fledged performances by E-Squared and Peter Edwards of Casper Electronics. Plus a hauntingly interactive piece by Ranjit Bhatnagar and a demo of Eric Archer’s Dronematrix handheld synthstrument. Good times - and of course more to come next month! (5/21/09 to be specific)
